    show off 豆浆

    我最近买了个blender, 十几块钱. 本意是拿来做smoothie 和 奶昔的, 但我有才的室友向我指出, 可以拿来做豆浆. 然后就用她的黄豆做了, 步骤是这样的
     
    1, 黄豆用凉水泡一个晚上或者24小时, 洗洗, 把坏豆子拿掉
    2, 用blender 把黄豆加水打烂
    3, 用纱布/毛巾过滤掉渣子.
    4, 滤出来的没有渣的液体拿去锅里煮, 煮开后3分钟关火.   注意不要扑出来了,快扑出来的时候换小伙, 用勺子搅和.
    5, 可以喝了
     
    3 和4 的顺序无所谓.
    不煮熟就喝的话仿佛会中毒

    不需要发酵. 应该比较容易..我爸妈会做, 感觉我家那边的人都会做.我们家那边擂茶是夏天待客和自己喝的咚咚.经常是家里来客了, 然后主人一边做擂茶一边和客人聊天...不过我在家的时候都不爱喝, 觉得没什么意思...现在几年没喝了有点想念.
